The Moar Mühle flat remains open all year round!

Location of the Apartment Moar Mühle

The Moar Mühle is 2.2 km from the village centre of Fiè and 1.2 km from the centre of the fraction Umes. In front of the house (20 m) you can find the bus stop Moarmühle. From there you can easily reach the cable car Seiseralm or other destinations. The Lake of Fiè can be reached by feed in about half an hour and the Lake of Umes in about 15 minutes. A hiking trail to the Mount Sciliar, to the Mount Cavone or to the Mount Croda del Maglio starts directly from the accommodation.

How to find us

From north:

• Leave the Brennero motorway A22 at the Chiusa/Gardena exit.
• Follow the signs to the Sciliar area towards Castelrotto.
• At the end of the mountain road, turn right in the direction of Fiè allo Sciliar.
• Follow the main road for approx. 9 km.
• In Fiè, leave the round about at the third exit in the direction of Umes.
• Follow the Sciliar Street approx. 2 km until number 43.

From south:

• Leave the A22 at the Bolzano nord exit.
• Follow the signs for Fiè allo Sciliar/Castelrotto/Brennero.
• Drive along the SP24 towards Prato d'Isarco, then turn left towards the Sciliar area.
• Follow the mountain road for about 6 kilometres.
• In Fiè, leave the roundabout at the first exit in the direction of Umes.
• Follow the Sciliar Street for about 2 kilometres until number 43.

House rules

Keep windows closed during the cold months

Please keep windows closed at all times during the cold months. Of course, intermittent ventilation is permitted. The house has been built to the climate house standard and has room ventilation with a heat exchanger and therefore always provides sufficient fresh air. If the windows are constantly tilted, we are forced to charge extra for the heating costs.

Waste separation

Plastic (no bags), glass, metal and cardboard-paper should be separated. The labelled rubbish bins are located in front of the flat. Please dispose of your waste there at the end of your stay.

Irrigation computer and robotic mower

Please do not touch the watering computer and the robotic mower. Do not leave any objects on the lawn at night, as the lawn is automatically mowed and watered at night. We accept no liability for any damage caused in this way!

Quiet time

The quiet time starts in the evening at 22:00 h and ends at 07:30 h in the morning. Please do not make any noise during this time.

No smoking

Please do not smoke in the flats. Ashtrays are available on the balcony or terrace.

Skis, ski boots or bicycles

Please leave your skis or bicycles in the garage. It is forbidden to walk on the floor of the flat with ski boots.

Parking

Please do not park your car in the parking spaces in front of the flat. Instead, park under the roof at the end of the path (always use the 2 parking spaces on the right).

Rental contract

A copy of the rental contract is available in the flat (the original has stamps on it). The original rental contract must be signed and left behind.
